Emma, our Operations Manager for Travel Planning, joined The Italian Concierge in 2017. A 2019 graduate of the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, she seamlessly integrates her academic background into the logistical heart of our company.
As a pillar of the team, Emma oversees all client itineraries with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every “t” is crossed and every “i” is dotted. Over the course of her tenure, she has traveled extensively across Italy and France — from the shores of Lake Como to the landscapes of Sicily, and from the vibrant streets of Paris to the heart of the South of France. Her firsthand knowledge and commitment to precision ensure that every journey we plan is executed flawlessly.
Elisabetta Stumpo
Travel Designer | Italy
Betta joined The Italian Concierge in 2021, seamlessly balancing her roles as a licensed historic guide and a designer of bespoke vacations. Based in Florence, she holds a degree in Italian History from the University of Florence and brings 19 years of experience as a museum educator at the Palazzo Vecchio.
A research historian and licensed National Tour Guide, Betta assists our clients in Italian, English, and French. She has led many of our travelers through the streets of Florence, sharing her profound love for Tuscan history. Often described as a “private professor,” Betta weaves complex historical narratives into a vibrant mosaic, bringing the soul of Italy to life for every guest.
Silvia Donati
Travel Designer | Italy
Silvia joined our team in 2022 as a Travel Designer. She has a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Bologna, her hometown. She has worked as a licensed tour guide and contributed as an editor and journalist for ITALY Magazine. Fluent in both Italian and English, she has also served as a travel consultant and reporter in Los Angeles. She’s a passionate hiker and enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of Italy & France with our clientele.

Nicole has been bookkeeping for over 20 years. She graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and kids, where she works and collaborates with The Italian Concierge & The Provence Concierge. Nicole keeps our books organized, and our suppliers paid.

Shannon joined our team in March 2024 as our Administrative Assistant. She graduated from West Chester University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She brings her wealth of experience to the dynamic travel industry, showcasing her passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Shannon has competency in many areas and helps us keep all the balls in the air in high season. Website designer, Graphics design, Insurance quotations, Travel Designer and she is also the first uplifting voice to welcome you when you call.

She is a passionate tourism professional based in Bologna, a vibrant city known for its rich cultural and social scene, which led her to pursue an advanced degree in Languages and Tourism Management, followed by an international Master’s in Tourism, Heritage, and Events.

A first-generation New Yorker, Mari is bilingual in Italian and English. In 2020, she moved to Italy, where she now lives in Calabria with her husband.
