For three decades, Joyce Falcone, The Italian Concierge, has been involved in Italian tourism, eventually founding her brand. As a tour operator for Italy, The Italian Concierge has been recognized by industry peers as a leader in providing detailed, flawless, and uniquely luxurious custom vacations for travelers all over Italy.
For sixteen years (2009–2025), Joyce has been recognized by Travel + Leisure magazine and included on their prestigious “A-List” of top travel agents for her in-depth knowledge of Italy. She has been quoted in Departures Magazine, Forbes Travel online, and Condé Nast Traveler Magazine, to name a few.
Building on her success with The Italian Concierge, Joyce expanded her expertise to France, launching The Provence Concierge. This new venture applies the same dedication to exceptional service and in-depth local knowledge that made her Italian operation renowned, now offering bespoke luxury experiences in the enchanting region of Provence.
By leveraging her proven approach to curating unforgettable travel experiences, Joyce continues to set new standards in luxury travel across multiple European destinations.
Emma Boushie
Operations Manager | USA
Emma, our Operations Manager for Travel Planning, joined The Italian Concierge team in January 2017. After graduating from the Haslam Business School at the University of Tennessee in 2019, she integrated her academic knowledge into her role. Emma is extremely detail-oriented and oversees all client itineraries. During her time with The Italian Concierge & The Provence Concierge, she has traveled extensively throughout Italy, from Lake Como to Sicily, and has also explored the South of France.
Elisabetta Stumpo
Travel Designer | Italy
Elisabetta “Betta” lives in Florence and graduated in Italian History from the University of Florence. In 2021, Betta began collaborating with The Italian Concierge as a client and vendor liaison. With 19 years of experience as a museum educator at Palazzo Vecchio, she is also a research historian and a licensed National Tour Guide, assisting visitors in Italian, English, and French.
Silvia Donati
Travel Designer | Italy
Silvia joined our team in 2022 as a Travel Designer. She has a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Bologna, her hometown. She has worked as a licensed tour guide and contributed as an editor and journalist for ITALY Magazine. Fluent in both Italian and English, she has also served as a travel consultant and reporter in Los Angeles. She’s a passionate hiker and enjoys sharing her extensive knowledge of Italy & France with our clientele.
Nicole Geary
Bookkeeper | USA
Nicole has been bookkeeping for over 20 years. She graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and kids, where she works and collaborates with The Italian Concierge & The Provence Concierge.

Shannon joined our team in March 2024 as our Administrative Assistant. She graduated from West Chester University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
She brings her wealth of experience to the dynamic travel industry, showcasing her passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

Giulia joined the team in Summer 2024. She is a passionate tourism professional based in Bologna, a vibrant city known for its rich cultural and social scene, which led her to pursue a degree in Languages and Tourism Management, followed by an international Master’s in Tourism, Heritage, and Events.

Charlotte joined the Italian Concierge in January 2022, serving as both an administrative assistant and travel designer. A graduate of Rutgers University School of Arts and Sciences in 2021, she applies skills from her studies to communicate with clients, manage travel logistics, and create custom vacations.

A first-generation New Yorker, Mari is bilingual in Italian and English. In 2020, she moved to Italy, where she now lives between Rome and Calabria with her husband. With a rich background in hospitality, art, and event coordination, she designs thoughtful journeys that value culture, beauty, and authentic connection.
